Tars http服务

http服务 发布到平台后可以直接使用 http 请求来调用，注意发布服务时选择 非 tars 协议！

1，创建一个 springboot 项目，并在启动类添加 @EnableTarsServer 注解

2，POM 依赖, 和非 http 依赖一致

3，编写 controller

1@TarsHttpService("HttpObj") ： 表示是一个 http 服务并指明 obj 名称也可以调用别的 tars 服务（可以注解自动注入也可以构建通信器）
